Easy access to bus lines and metro once you figure out routes. I had booked a triple for me, my wife, mother, and 5 year old twins thinking we could make it work. Hotel wasn't too thrilled about that when we first checked in as apparently that is not how it works in Rome, but hotel ultimately accomodated us and brought an extra bed to the room to make us more comfortable. Decent buffet breakfast. For a family on a budget I would recommend this hotel.
Neighborhood is a little sketchy, but otherwise the norm for most of the "non-tourist" areas of rome...at least from my perspective. A lot of graphity in the area.
app 15 minutes walk from train station through a rundown area. Though rated as 4 star services anf facilities are worst then 2 star. Hotel looked very old and poorly decorated. Rooms were stuffy and AC not working. Bathroom did not had exhaust fan. Locker in the room was also not working. Decor of the room was horrible. Very over priced. Will not recommend anybody even for half price.
really liked the garden setting connecting to the room. 10 easy minutes walk to train station. helpful english speaking staff
Thr hotel staff was helpfull. I enjoyed the breakfast.
Misleading information about the closeness to Termini-it was a huge exaggeration.
the breakfast was good value, the location was reasonable and the staff once they got to know you were very helpful
location was a bit out of the main centre and no coffee/tea making facilities in room
Impeccably clean, light and airy. Nicely decorated interior with lovely patio garden. All staff friendly and helpful.
Would have preferred it if hotel cold have been a little closer to town as didn't feel quite so safe walking around at night - but can't change location.
It is very comfortable and clean. The service are excellent as well as the breakfast.
The welcome by a female staff. She was very friendly and efficient. The rooms was good, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean.
Unfortunately, she was the only efficient staff in the hotel. We had a problem with the internet connection and none of the receptionist seemed to care. The breakfast wasn't good.
I got an excellent offer for a one-night stay. The hotel is very conveniently located in the San Lorenzo district (university and Termini station), rooms are very elegant and comfortable (Jacuzzi bath tub), staff is very professional. I would recommend it.
Cleanliness was not perfect, but still definitely acceptable.
Be aware that 4 Stars in Rome is not what is the equivalent in other areas of the world, especially the Gulf Region. The hotel is neat and simple. It is very clean though and in a quite area. I could sleep well. The A/C was working well. Overall no complaints. Front desk was friendly and helpful. It is not a "luxury hotel" but I would go there again since my friends live close by. Termini train station is also a 15min walk away which makes it very convenient.
The location is ideal near Roma Termini station. Rooms were spacious and clean. Very good value for money. The hotel did not have any restaurant/bar services, but the nearest restaurant is just one block away.
It was clean.
Staff was rude. Breakfast was sparse. Beds were very old and uncomfortable. Phone did not work in room and after two complaints it was obvious they had no intention of remedying the problem. No room service offered. Internet unreliable. For this to be a 4 star hotel there were no frills offered, not even a coffee pot in the room. This reminded me more of a Hostel but with marble flooring.
The location, close to the bus station and 10 minutes walk to Termini. The room is not too big but clean and nicely decorated. Reception staff was helpful
The breakfast was poor, the bread was scarce and sometimes you would have to wait for them to bring more bread (which took even 10 minutes). The maid promised we could have eggs on the next day, but was not on service on that day :(
